It was decent. The breakfast was pretty good. Quality over quantity for sure. Have fun trying to get into your room. We've stayed here numerous times and every door handle we've had is about impossible to open. Told the staff the WiFi wasn't working and they were rude and made fun of "this generation". Not a bad stay, also the only option within 25 miles, but still

Good motel. Great bed, quiet and dark room, had a wonderful sleep. Nice owner, who makes you a warm breakfast in the morning. Perfect!

Great place to stay on 96 highway in Leoti Kansas! The owner checked me in at midnight in huge thunderstorm! Home cooked hot breakfast included in a very reasonable price! Small town hospitality at its best!
