Dr. Brown and her staff are the most friendly and professional dentistry team I have ever worked with! They taught me a lot about how to take better care of my teeth.
We have went to Dr. Brown since 2007. We were very happy with the routine cleanings and care. However we recently had a more complicated dental problem. We were not referred to a pediatric dentist and Dr. Browns suggested treatment was not the only option, as we were told, nor was it the best option. Patient education was poorly done. I would not recommend taking children here as a result.
Were told over the phone that a first visit is free, then after filling out paper work my husband was charged $50 out of pocket and we are being billed $110. They did x-rays. I am outraged that we are out of the money for the trip and now being billed when they did nothing to help after being told there was no charge on the first visit.
